PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monolithic refractory free from the occurrence of powdery dusts when charged into a mixer and further, dispensing with the disposal treatment of packaging materials. SOLUTION: This monolithic refractory is packed in an aqueous packaging material, the component of which is preferably an amphoteric organic polymer compound, anionic or cationic organic polymer compound or hydroxy group- containing organic polymer compound.
