SOLUTION: This incision wound-resistant yarn Y having high hygroscopicity is obtained by covering a high heat resisting functional fiber 1 with the tape 2 of pulp-made Japanese paper in a state where a core fiber material of the functional fiber 1 is twisted, and a knit fabric comprising the yarn Y.
