PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the cure rate, convergence and adhesion between glass fibers, impart excellent chemical and heat resistance to the glass fiber paper made from the glass fiber, in addition, provide laminate products, for example, insulating plate, printed circuit board and the like having a variety of practically satisfactory performances by using the improved glass fiber paper. SOLUTION: The objective glass fiber adhesive includes an electron beam- curable organic compound. In more detail, the organic compound is an acrylic ester derivative or methacrylic ester derivative and glass fiber is treated with the adhesive and irradiated with electron beam whereby the glass fibers are bonded to each other between them.
