SOLUTION: A cylindrical tube 1 is formed by an aluminum shape having a cylinder hole 5 inner diameter formed by the cold drawing, and a sensor mounting groove for burying a sensor on its outer periphery of a circumferential wall 1a, and a head cover 21 is formed by an aluminum shape having a sensor insertion groove on a part corresponding to the sensor mounting groove, and a bolt hole 23 for a fastening bolt 32 to the cylindrical tube 1 on its cross section.
