PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refill pouch which is inexpensive and excellent in usability in that a bag can be easily made and the contents can be filled in it with ease and the contents can be easily and completely poured into a container when in use without the rest even if the contents are highly viscous. SOLUTION: A refill pouch is formed as a standing pouch for instance. A vertical perforated half-cut line 6 is formed at the central part of a laminated film of the pouch wall face and a V-shaped cutoff line 7, for instance, is formed at the central part of the upper side so that the cutoff lines 7 are symmetrical at the right and left sides of the perforated half-cut line 6. Further notches 8a, 8b are formed at both ends (upper end) of the cutoff line 7 to constitute the refill pouch 500. Moreover, it is preferable that an incision 9 is formed at the lower end of the pouch, on the extension line of the lower part of the half-cut line 6 so as to cut off a part of the bottom seal part 2.
