PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily carry a mortar filling machine to an execution work site by constituting it so as to push out mortar in a vessel from an opening by rotation of a fin-installed shaft body, and manually holding the whole mortar filling machine including a mortar vessel. SOLUTION: A shaft body 11 having a fin installed on the outer periphery is connected to a rotary shaft 12a of a manually holding motor-driven rotating machine 12. A mortar vessel 13 containing the shaft body 11 is installed on the motor-driven rotating machine 12. A mortar pushing-out opening 13a is formed in a tip part position of the shaft body 11 in the mortar vessel 13 to be formed as a manually holding mortar filling machine 10. Thus, mortar in the vessel is constituted so as to be pushed out from the opening by rotation of a fin-installed shaft body, and even an unskilled person can push out a fixed quantity of mortar toward a joint, so that joint mortar can be efficiently filled with the beautiful finish. The whole mortar filling machine can be manually held including the mortar vessel so as to be easily carried to an execution work site.
