The present disclosure relates to a preparation system and a preparation method for high-quality xylitol crystals. The preparation system comprises a blending tank, a heat exchanger, a decolorization tank, an ion exchange system, a micropore filter, a first evaporator, a first crystallization kettle, a first centrifuge, a fluidization drying bed, a xylitol dissolution tank, a second evaporator, a second crystallization kettle, a second centrifuge, a hot air drying tank, and a cold air fluidization bed which are sequentially connected through pipelines. The first centrifuge is also connected with the blending tank through a pipeline. The second centrifuge is also connected with the xylitol dissolution tank through a pipeline. The blending tank is provided with an inlet for a xylitol hydrogenation solution. The xylitol dissolution tank is provided with a water inlet for purified water. A material output from the cold air fluidization bed is a xylitol crystal product. The first prepared xylitol crystals are dissolved by adding water in a certain proportion to obtain a xylitol solution with a higher purity, which is recrystallized to prepare xylitol crystals with higher pH and better flavor.
