An aseptic apparatus (1) for filling and closing Aluminium receptacles (100), the aseptic apparatus (1) comprising:
- a filling unit (2) comprising a first chamber (20);
- at least one transfer star-wheel (3) downstream the filling unit (2);
- a closures placing station (30) arranged on a first zone of the transfer star-wheel (3) that is located beside the filling unit (2), said closures placing station (30) being configured to place a concave closure (200) onto a mouth (100a) of each receptacle (100);
- a closing unit (4) arranged downstream the transfer star-wheel (3) and comprising a second chamber (40) housing a closing machine (41) that is configured to apply each concave closure (200) around a neck (100b) of the corresponding receptacle (100), wherein the first chamber (20) is at a first pressure and the second chamber (40) is at a second pressure that is lower than the first pressure.
