The movement mechanism 70a allow for movement of the restriction guide 60a between a restriction position where the restriction guide acts on the yarns 91 to restrict the yarns 91 and a retracted position where the restriction guide is retracted from the restriction position. An action part is positioned closer to the yarn path than an attachment part in the direction perpendicular to the axis, both when the restriction guide is at the restriction position and when the restriction guide is at the retracted position.
