An overlapping region of the acoustic lens (120), the bottom electrode (130), the piezoelectric layer (140) and the top electrode (150) in the thickness direction of the resonator constitutes an active region of the resonator. The edge of the top electrode (150) in the thickness direction of the resonator is provided with a composite annular structure which at least includes at least two annular structure layers. The at least two annular structure layers at least partially overlap at the interior of the active region in the thickness direction of the resonator, and at least one annular structure layer is a spatially discontinuous structure layer which is provided with a spatially discontinuous structure along the annular direction in the active region.
