Provided is an ink composition for manufacturing an organic semiconductor device, the ink composition allowing an organic semiconductor material with a rigid main chain skeleton to be formed into an ink having a solute concentration that is optimal for a single-crystal formation process. The ink composition for manufacturing an organic semiconductor device contains at least one solvent selected from 2,3-dihydrobenzofuran Compound (A) described below, and at least one type of solute: 2,3-dihydrobenzofuran Compound (A), which includes compounds represented by Formula (a): where in Formula (a), R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , R 5 and R 6 are as defined in the specification.
