摘要：
A laser-arc hybrid welding apparatus (1) includes: a laser-beam irradiation device constituted of a laser oscillator (60) and a laser torch (40); and an arc welding device constituted of a welding power supply (30) and a welding torch (10). The laser-arc hybrid welding apparatus (1) can be used for dissimilar material welding. Thus, the arc welding device is configured to change an average value of a welding current in a frequency range between 10 Hz and 30 Hz.
