The driven section (21) has a first peripheral groove (22), a second peripheral groove (23), and a filtration orifice (24) defined between the first peripheral groove (22) and the second peripheral groove (23) and communicating with the driven section (21), and at least one fixing bolt (26) mounted between the operation portion (25) and the first peripheral groove (22) and extending outward from the driven section (21). The at least one fixing bolt (26) slides into the at least one guide slot (14) respectively so that the filter valve (20) is accommodated in the receiving orifice (13).
