摘要：
A bobbin replacement apparatus (20) of a spinning machine includes a first bobbin support axis (J1) extending in parallel to a vertical axis (J5), a second bobbin support axis (J2) that is disposed at a position shifted from the first bobbin support axis (J1) in a horizontal direction, a holder axis (J3),and a lift axis (J4). When the lift axis (J4) and the second bobbin support axis (J2) are disposed in parallel, the angle between the holder axis (J3) and the lift axis (J4) is maintained at a first angle. When the lift axis (J4) of the lifting mechanism (25) is tilted by the tilting mechanism (26), the angle between the holder axis (J3) and the lift axis (J4) is maintained at a second angle, and the holder axis (J3) and the second bobbin support axis (J2) are disposed coaxially.
