A stuffed pasta food item (1) comprising a stuffing dose (3) comprising at least one of the following ingredients: meat, vegetables, fish, eggs, cheese, mushrooms; and a wrap (2), which is provided with at least one sheet (4, 5) obtained from a dough comprising at least flour and water; the wrap (2) and comprises two side flaps (6, 7) joined to one another; two central portions (8, 9), one of which is rounded so as to define a housing for the stuffing dose (3); and a plurality of ribs (10), which extend along at least one portion of the rounded central portion (8).
