An extrusion die (100) includes a plurality of studs (156), a tuning assembly (200) and a restrictor member (300). The tuning assembly (200) comprises a wedge member (202), first and second adjustment members (204), and an adjustment control (208) having a rotatable single point adjustment member (209). The wedge member (202) is coupled to first ends (158) of the studs (156) and includes a first and second plurality of channels (212, 213) within. The first and second adjustment members (204,206) have a plurality of protrusions (216), each of which is positioned within a respective one of the first and second plurality of channels (212, 213). The restrictor member (300) extends in the longitudinal direction and is coupled to second ends (106, 158, 160, 302) of the studs (156). Rotation of the single point adjustment causes each of the protrusions (216) to move within each respective channel forcing the wedge member (202), the studs (156), and the restrictor member (300) to move in a direction that is substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.
