The present invention provides a drilling driver for placing a dental implant, the driver comprising: a tip part having a first outer diameter and having a cutting edge; a small-diameter part extended from the tip part, and having a second outer diameter smaller than the first outer diameter; and a large-diameter part positioned farther from the tip part than the small-diameter part, and having a third outer diameter larger than the first outer diameter.
