The invention relates to a profiled manufacturing method (P), characterized in that it comprises the following operations:
- creation of a digital library of profiles (P) associating each profile (P) with an identifier,
- subjecting a profile (P) to a capture means,
- profile of recognition by comparison of the profile (P) captured by the capturing means with digital profiles stored in the digital library profiles,
- assigning a identifier to said profile (P),
- printing a so-called traceability label carrying said identifier,
- gluing of the traceability label on each profile (P),
- implementation of an operation into account ID.
The invention also relates to a device for carrying out the method in a configurable operator wrapper machine (230) providing the packaging of said profiles (P).
