A delivery apparatus for transporting materials, the apparatus being configured to be mounted or otherwise affixed on a vehicle chassis, and comprising:
- a plurality of individual containers (12);
- a mounting interface (10a, 10b) having a longitudinal axis and being configured to removably receive said plurality of containers (12), in side-by side configuration, along its length such that each container extends generally laterally across said mounting interface and is selectively and independently removable therefrom; wherein each container has a shaft extending therethrough, between end walls thereof, said shaft having mounted thereon, or being coupled to, at least one mixing blade; and
- in respect of each container, a drive (30) coupled to a respective shaft for selective rotation thereof.
