The warped plate (2) swaying about the rotating shaft drives the connecting piece (5) to sway. The swaying of the connecting piece (5) causes the input terminal (6) and the output terminal (7) to complete closing and opening. The control circuit board (9) is electrically connected to the output terminal (7).
