An oxygen-absorbing container 1 comprises: a container body 10 having a multilayer structure constituted by an innermost layer 30, an outermost layer 31 and an intermediate layer 32 therebetween, the container body having an opening part 20 on an upper part thereof; and a sealing member 11 bonded to an upper end surface 21 of the opening part 20 of the container body 10 to seal an opening of the opening part 20. The innermost layer 30 and the intermediate layer 32 are bent outward at an upper end of the opening part 20 and form a flat part A and a surface of the flat part A forms the upper end surface 21 of the opening part 20. When the sealing member 11 is unsealed, part of the innermost layer 30 on the upper end surface of the opening part is configured to be peeled off so as to leave an unsealed mark.
