The present disclosure relates to a method, to be performed in a communication network device comprising communication interfaces, a first one of the communication interfaces being a wireless interface operating at a first frequency, for repeating data received, via a second of the communication interfaces, in a first frame by forwarding said data in a second frame via the first wireless interface. According to an embodiment, when the second interface is a wireless interface operating at a frequency different from the first frequency or a communication interface using a communication protocol different from a communication protocol of the first interface, the second frame comprises a source address being an address of a transmitter of the first frame, and when the second interface is a wireless interface operating at the first frequency, the second frame comprises a source address different from the transmitter address of the first frame.
