The invention relates to a device for producing tubular films stretched in-line in a blowing method, comprising an extruder, a film blowing system, a flattening unit, an oscillating take-off unit, and a stretching system for mono-axially stretching the flat lying film in a machine direction. According to the invention, the stretching system is arranged above the extruder between the flattening unit and the oscillating take-off unit.
