摘要:
Improvement of uniformity in performance of the PET apparatus is provided. A method of determining arrangement, in a gamma ray detector, of a plurality of detector modules configured to convert light generating in response to an incident gamma ray generating due to a pair annihilation event into an electric signal. Performance information of each of the plurality of detector modules is obtained. Relative positions of the plurality of detector modules in the gamma ray detector are determined based on the obtained performance information.
