This seat (1) comprises a backrest (2), a seat (4) hinged to the backrest (2) by a pivot connection (P1), a set (6) of substructure comprising two flanges (8) connected to the backrest ( 2) by a pivot connection (P2), and a connecting rod (12) before connected to the seat (4) by a pivot connection (P3) and the assembly (6) of base by a pivot connection (P4), to move the seat (1) between a nominal position and a retracted position.
