An aircraft galley (10) comprises a trolley stowage (14) provided in a main body (12) of the aircraft galley (10), wherein a wall (24) of the main body (12) comprises a first section (22) delimiting the trolley stowage (14) and a second section (26). The trolley stowage (14) is convertible between a first operational state, wherein the trolley stowage (14) is adapted to accommodate a first number of trolleys (18), and a second operational state, wherein the trolley stowage (14) is adapted to accommodate a second number of trolleys (18, 18a). The second number of trolleys (18, 18a) is greater than the first number of trolleys (18).
