Process for purifying a gaseous mixture by pressure swing adsorption (PSA) the method using a generator (10) of pressure swing adsorption gas (PSA) using three columns (1, 2, 3) of adsorbent arranged in parallel between a line (4) for supplying the gas mixture and a line (5) production of enriched gas through a valve system (11, 12, 13, 21, 22, 23, 31, 32, 33 ), the three columns (1, 2, 3) are simultaneously used each in successive work cycles comprising i) a filling phase from the column with the gas mixture, (ii) a generation phase of the adsorption enriched gas in the column (1, 2, 3) and (iii) a column of purge phase to regenerate the latter, characterized in that the three columns work cycles (1, 2, 3) are offset and overlap to produce enriched gas continuously, the generation of a first column of step (1) being simultaneous with the filling phase a second column (2) and simultaneous with the purge phase of the third column (3)
