A blade mount (220) configured to couple a blade (110) to a rotatable shaft (100), the blade mount comprising at least one engagement slot (232) configured to enclose at least a portion of the blade; and at least one protruding member (236) disposed within the engagement slot to engage at least one alignment slot (160) disposed in the blade offset relative to a longitudinal centerline of the blade to secure the blade within the engagement slot responsive to insertion of the blade into the engagement slot.
