The invention relates to a device including at least one hollow upright (2) and a bar (6) for connecting said hollow upright to another upright (2), wherein the bar has, on one end thereof, a lug (11), said hollow upright having a cavity for receiving said lug, characterized in that the device includes at least one clip (13) capable of being inserted inside said hollow upright and engaging with said lug so as to attach the bar to the hollow upright.
