摘要：
The invention relates to a method for assembling two assemblies, e.g. aircraft fuselage assemblies, using a plurality of fixation members. The method comprises drilling openings in an overlap area using a drilling tool and through a corresponding centring opening (36) formed in a drilling grid (34) rigidly mounted on said overlap area, wherein the drilling tool includes a bearing mandrel as well as an expansible ring (56) in tight contact with the mandrel along a conical contact surface. According to the invention, a relative movement is applied between the expansible ring and the mandrel in order to create, after locking the ring in the centring opening, a displacement of the mandrel, bearing against the overlap area, through the centring opening and in the direction of the overlap area in order to apply a pressure thereon.
