The invention relates to a sliding board including a sandwich-type layered structure comprising at least one first core layer of foam material (12), a first reinforcing layer (14) which is connected to a first face of the first core layer and a second reinforcing layer (14) which is connected to the second face of the core layer. The invention is characterised in that the layered structure is reinforced at least at points by at least one layer of compressed foam (16) which is disposed between the first core layer (12) and the second reinforcing layer (14) and which is connected to said two layers.
