摘要：
According to the invention, a method and a device for explosion forming a tubular workpiece, which comprises a multi-piece shaping tool (1) which almost completely surrounds the workpiece when in the closed state and which is provided with a stopper (10) in the region of at least one end of the shaping tool (1), may be improved such that the tubular workpiece can be shaped in a simple and economical manner requiring fewer individual working steps. The above is achieved by a method and a device for explosion forming, wherein a sealing between the forming tool (1) and the stopper (10) is formed when the stopper (10) is used. The end of the workpiece is tensed and deformed between the stopper (10) and the shaping tool (1).
