摘要:
Disclosed are a device and a method for the metered discharging of a viscous medium from a cartridge-needle unit, comprising a piston unit which is driven by an actuator so as to axially penetrate into the cartridge that is open at one end and discharge a metered quantity of the viscous medium through the needle unit by means of pressure impingement within the cartridge. The invention is characterized in that the piston unit is provided with a piston head which penetrates into the cartridge and on which sensors are mounted that detect the pressure and/or the temperature and can be brought into contact with the viscous medium located in the cartridge while a control unit is provided which controls the actuator in accordance with a set-point quantity of viscous medium that is to be discharged and the pressure detected by a sensor and/or the temperature detected by a sensor within the viscous medium.
