摘要：
The invention concerns a wheel rim (1) whereof the radially outer geometry comprises an outer rim seat (2) and an inner rim seat (2'), a substantially cylindrical rotational support bearing surface for receiving a running tread supporting ring, and whereof the radially inner geometry has a diameter which is constant between said mounting groove and the zone for connection to a disc, formed by the assembly of a first metal structure constituting the radially inner geometry of said rim as well as part of the radially outer geometry of said rim; and of a second structure designed to form radially outward said support surface (6). The invention is characterized in that said second structure is formed by an annular support element comprising at least one substantially axial opening urged to be supported on the radially outer wall of said first metal structure.
