摘要：
A vehicle occupant position sensing system (10) has a transmitter (12) for generating a pulse modulated transmitter signal. A receiver (14) having a relatively low Q factor receives a reflection of the transmitter signal. A controller (16) is responsive to the receipt of the reflected signal and generates an indication of the distance between a vehicle occupant and the transmitter.
