摘要：
A goods processing device and a managing system capable of being built using existing equipment and easily accommodating changes in goods production line. A goods processing device (2) or an RCU (3) is connected to an information terminal (4) via the Internet or an intranet (5). The RCU (3) has a WWW server (34) and a CGI mounted thereon, and the information terminal (4a) has a WWW browser thereon. A processing program (39) that reads and writes operation information between the control unit of the goods processing device (2) or a manipulation program (31) operating in the RCU (3) and the WWW server (34) is mounted on the RCU (3). When an access is made from the WWW browser to a web page provided in advance in the WWW server (34), the processing program (39) activated by the CGI transfers operation information to the WWW server (34) which in turn provides the operation information to the WWW browser.
