摘要：
The present invention relates to a polymerization inhibitor which comprises: (a) at least one compound selected from the group consisting of a compound having a NO radical in its molecule and a precursor capable of forming a NO radical and (b) a phosphorus-containing compound, in a weight ratio of (a) to (b) of 1:10 to 100:1. Specifically, there are provided a method for inhibiting the polymerization of (c) at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of a conjugated diene, an aromatic vinyl, an ethylenically unsaturated nitrile and an α-olefin wherein the at least one monomer is present together with the above-mentioned polymerization inhibitor, and a polymerization-inhibiting composition containing the monomer (c) and the above-mentioned polymerization inhibitor.
