摘要：
A process is disclosed for packaging frozen goods, waste such as household garbage and the like. The goods to be packaged are placed in a foil container (2) and packaged by welding and evacuating. The process is characterised in that the foil container is closed by a first welding operation which forms a first weld to package the goods placed therein. Holes are then formed in the closed foil container, in particular by punching or burning, and the air contained in the foil container is evacuated, in particular by a vacuum pump (5) or an aspirating fan. The thus obtained vacuum space is sealed by a second welding operation which forms a second weld between the first weld and the packaged goods. Also disclosed is a vacuum-packaging apparatus for carrying out this process.
