摘要：
In one embodiment of the invention, thermoplastic cuttings and additives made of vegetable fibres are mixed together and thermally plasticised. The thermoplasticised mixture is shaped by an extrusion die into a preliminary section. After a rest time, the cooled and thus hardened preliminary section is further shaped by cutting into an intermediate section. The rest time is calculated so that most of the expected shrinkage occurs during said time. The intermediate section is superficially coated with a plastic film. The thus obtained end section may be used to produce window casements or door leaves and door and window frames.
