A filter (K1-K4) with a low-noise filter, comprising: two amplification circuits (105, 106); a first 3-dB hybrid circuit (103) which is connected to an input side of the amplification circuits (105, 106); a second 3-dB hybrid circuit (104) which is connected to an output side of the amplification circuits (105, 106); and a filter (131) which is connected to one end (121) of an input terminal of the first 3-dB hybrid circuit (103); wherein the other end (122) of the input terminal of the first 3-dB hybrid circuit (103) is subjected to matched termination; wherein a signal is inputted to an input terminal (101) of the filter (131) and is outputted from one end (124) of an output terminal of the second 3-dB hybrid circuit (104); wherein the other end (123) of the output terminal of the second 3-dB hybrid circuit (104) is subjected to matched termination.
