A telescopic device comprises an eyepiece lens (6), an objective lens (7), a first plane mirror (1), a second plane mirror (2), a roof reflecting mirror (3). The first optical axis located along the first plane mirror (1) is parallel to the second optical axis located along the second plane mirror. The device includes compensator for accidental image jitters comprising pivot mechanism (11), an inertial sensor (14) and a servo system for adjusting the plane mirror.
