Person mounted display is set forth comprising a central housing, a CPU within said housing along with a power supply and two memories. One memory stores an operating system while another memory, removable in form, stores a pattern to be displayed. A display strip provided with LCD or LED elements is powered to thereby provide illumination. A protective transparent tube and Velcro fasteners are used to secure the device on the person of the user.
