Procédé visant à alimenter de manière dosée une matière de base compacte, coulante et composée de petits morceaux passant par un canal principal, en un granulat voire plusieurs le cas échéant, compact(s) coulant(s) et composé(s) de petits morceaux, au moyen d'un, voire plusieurs le cas échéant, canal (canaux) d'alimentation. Le canal (ou les canaux selon le cas) d'alimentation est (ou sont) chargé(s) en granulat(s) en dehors du canal principal. Le(s) granulat(s) est (ou sont) acheminé(s) par le(s) canal(aux) d'alimentation pour gagner finalement le(s) orifice(s) de sortie se trouvant dans le canal principal, du (ou de chacun des) canal(aux) d'alimentation et rejoindre le canal principal. Ce procédé présente la particularité que le rapport de la section transversale effective du (ou de chacun des canal(aux) d'alimentation dans le canal principal à la section transversale effective du canal principal dans la zone de l'orifice de sortie du (ou de chacun des) canal(aux) d'alimentation est réglé en fonction du dosage souhaité. Cette invention concerne également un dispositif de dosage permettant la mise en oeuvre dudit procédé.

A method for supplying in a dosed manner a material compact base, streaming and consisted of small pieces through a main channel, in a granulate or even if any, compact (s) flowing (s) and compound (s) of small pieces by means of one or even more if necessary, channel (s) feed. The channel (or channels as appropriate) supply is (are) responsible (s) aggregate (s) outside of the main channel. (S) aggregate (s) is (are) routed (s) by the (s) channel (the) power to finally win (s) port (s) outlet located in the main channel, the (or each) channel (s) feeding and rejoin the main channel. This method has the feature that the ratio of the effective cross section of the (or each of the channel (s) feed into the main channel to the effective cross section of the main channel in the region of the outlet of (or of each) channel (s) power is set depending on the desired dosage. the invention also relates to a metering device for carrying out said method.
