Eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Antriebsriemen soll in Bezug auf die Erhöhung der Fertigungsgeschwindigkeit, der Verringerung des Energiebedarfs pro gefertigten Riemen und die Umweltverträglichkeit verbessert werden. Dazu wird ein von innen kühlbares Schleifwerkzeug vorgeschlagen, mit dem im Trockenschliffverfahren ein auf zwei Walzen gespannter Riemenrohling profilierbar ist.
