A liquid distributing apparatus, particularly for covers of 3 to 5 gallon containers, has a four-way valve (40) for delivering water for a plurality of uses, including a drive rotor (70) shafted to a gear drive (73) for concentrate agitator (82). A manual input (86) can be used for initially agitating the concentrate. Indicator (80T) indicates operation of the agitator. An aspirator pump (100) receives the liquid or water down stream of the rotor (70). The input vacuum line from tank (C) passes through a ball check valve (120) which has an indicator (130) for indicating flow of concentrate from the tank to the pump to be mixed with water. A valve (110) controls the ratio of concentrate to water. A pressure meter (140) on the pump measures the input water pressure and indicates, for corresponding pressures and predetermined openings of the valve, the ratio of concentrate to water being delivered to the place of utilization.
