Die Erfindung betrifft ein verbessertes Vertahren zur Herstellung von elastischen Formkörpern mit einer geschlossenen Oberflächenschicht aus Polyurethan-Polyharnstoff-Elastomeren durch Umsetzung eines Reaktionsgemischs aus organischen Polyisocyanaten, Polyhydroxypolyäthern, aromatischen Di- bzw. Polyaminen, Katalysatoren für die Reaktion zwischen Hydroxyl- und Isocyanatgruppen und gegebenenfalls in der Polyurethanchemie an sich bekannten Zusatzmitteln als one-shot-System mittels der Reaktionsspritzgußtechnik unter Einhaltung einer Isocyanatkennzahl von 70 bis 130, wobei als Polyhydroxypolyäther solche verwendet werden, deren Poly- ätherketten zu 10 bis 80 Gew.-% aus Äthylenoxid-Einheiten und deren Hydroxylgruppen zu mindestens 50% aus sekundären Hydroxylgruppen bestehen.
