本实用新型提供了一种电线电缆用隔离层的带盘，所述的带盘包括中间为圆柱形绕筒、两端带有挡板的盘状体和绕在上述圆柱形绕筒上的隔离层带。所绕的隔离层带是螺旋形排列的绕带，绕带可以是整条的、或用断带粘接成整条的。绕带断头处以相互斜向叠合的方式粘接，且接头处的上层和下层均涂覆有粉末。

The utility model provides the tape reel of a spacing layer for a power cable, comprising a winding cylinder whose middle is a cylindrical shape, a tape body whose both ends are provided with baffle plates, and spacing layer tapes which are wound on the cylindrical winding cylinder. The spacing layer tapes which are wound are winding tapes which are spirally arranged. The winding tapes can be the whole strips or the whole strips which are bonded by broken tapes. The broken ends of the broken tapes are mutually bonded by the mode of an oblique congruence, and the upper layers and the lower layers at the joints are all coated with powder.
