This utility patent discloses a kind of miniature optical fiber cable which consists of the optical fiber (1), the metallic tube (3) which is placed on the optical fiber (1), the water-resisting fiber grease filled in the metallic tube (3), the outer jacket (5) on the metallic tube (3), the two parallel steel wires (4) which are arragned inside the outer jacket (5). The miniature optical fiber cable in this utility, which is laid by means of mechanical towing, has a significantly increased tensile strength and is most suitable for applications with long distance and large number of bends.
