本实用新型提供了一种可降低红外线照射能量的紫外灯管结构，包括紫外灯管和设置在紫外灯管上侧的反射罩，其中在反射罩内设有水冷通道，在反射罩的反射面设有一层镀有紫化分光膜的金属基板。本实用新型可吸收大部分红外线能量、降低红外线反射率、保证工件干燥质量和紫外线干燥机的正常运行。

The utility model provides an ultraviolet lamp tube structure capable of reducing infrared ray radiation energy, comprising an ultraviolet lamp tube and a reflection cover arranged on the upside of the ultraviolet lamp tube. The reflection cover is provided with a water cooling path inside, and the reflection surface of the reflection cover is provided with a layer of metal base plate which is coated with violet beam splitting film. The utility model can absorb most of infrared energy, reduce the reflectivity of the infrared ray and guarantee the drying quality of the workpiece and the normal operation of an ultraviolet dryer.
