The lifting arm motivates a motor (38) connected with a lifting arm drive screw rod (80), and the screw rod is screwed and connected with a lifting arm drive screw nut (88). A compression rod (100) is connected with the drive screw nut and the lifting arm. When operation, the lifting arm motivates the motor to drive the lifting arm to drive the screw rod, and making the lifting arm drive the screw nut to drive the compression rod to make the lifting arm move to an extending position, so that the lifting arm contact a supporting surface to raise the toy car. At the extending position (62b), the toy car obtains enough circles to allow the toy car rolling as the roll-turning type.
